​We are a young design practice established in July 2021; working out of Raipur. Headed by Garima Patel and Pramesh Savalia, we strive to provide context-specific, creative and practical design solutions.
We aim to create sensitive spaces that are rooted in nature and connected to people. We specialize in contemporary luxury homes curated to show each client's unique personality with a touch of timelessness. We own a diverse portfolio of hospitality, commercial and planning design projects.
Pramesh Savalia

Pramesh is a business graduate from Melbourne and has been a part of the construction industry from the past 20 years in Chhattisgarh. He has executed architecture projects of a wide range of renowned designers. He has a keen eye for detail and a passion for architecture, material and tectonics. He lends his expertise in making sure that all our projects are well-detailed, unique and perfectly executed on site.

Garima Patel
Partner
Garima is an architecture graduate from CEPT University, Ahmedabad. Having done her internship at SJK Architects, Mumbai and an exchange semester at TUM, Germany; she brings a fresh, innovative and sensitive approach to all the projects. With the aim of creating a thoughtful and critical practice, she ensures that all designs have a strong theoretical base that encourages the team as well as the clients to imagine beyond the constraints of the site and program.
